Let’s get you sorted!Even the most diligent patient can experience an urgent orthodontic issue that needs resolving during treatment. Here’s what to do if you have a ‘situation’. Patients should call our office as soon as possible if they experience a breakage arising from a broken bracket or wire, or if they are experiencing discomfort.In some instances we may be able to resolve your issue over the phone. If however, the problem cannot be resolved, we’ll schedule a priority appointment for you. This is an important precautionary measure. Waiting until your regular appointment time for example, can extend treatment time significantly.Typical orthodontic emergencies are not life-threatening and can be remedied fairly easily.
